Rolling out a brand new feature can be exciting—or confusing. To help make sure a new feature on Search was a success, Google partnered with Firewood Marketing to educate customers about this new tool. Firewood developed a warm welcome email and a series of communications offering best-practices and tips to engage with the tool. Customers also receive triggered updates, with weekly metrics and a snapshot of their performance—plus trends and events they may find useful. And, to provide a single source of truth (and resources), Firewood created a friendly microsite. On the site, users can review a helpful quick-start guide and find answers to their most common questions.
